Our embroidery machines were some of the first in the UK to be digitised. We now have new faster ones, but our oldest machine is from 1904 and is on show if you ever would like to see it. Its name is Micky the Machine.

We work 9-5 Monday to Friday. So any orders that come in Friday evening to Monday morning are all processes early in the week for mid-week delivery.

If your hospital is fussy about the NHS logo then we probably can not add that to your order. There is a comments box to say if you’d like to add anything to the order during checkout, say NHS logo and we will add it and assume you have permission.

How many NHS fleece design options are there?
We can do a rainbow fleece, your name, hospital name, your department. Or the NHS lettering (not the NHS logo), but with permission from your department head we can also do the full NHS logo.
How many colours of NHS fleeces are there?
There are 7 colours, red, royal blue, navy blue, black, grey, green, maroon. In polo shirts and hoodies we have more colour options. But the fleeces that are popular are usually always green, blue or maroon depending on your department colour options.
Do I get any discount for working at the NHS, like with the Blue Light Card for example?
Yes of course you do. Our NHS fleeces come with one breast area full embroidery for free. And delivery is free over 99. We make sure the fleeces are the cheapest that you can find. But if they are not and you find one cheaper that’s the same quality, then get a quote and show that quote to us and we will beat that quote by 5%!!
Can I get a discount if I refer a friend?
Yes your friend will get 5% off their first order, and you will get 5% off your next. You can’t stack these. So it’s capped at 5%. So get your friend one, get yourself another garment (doesn’t have to always be a fleece). Get another friend a 5% discount off their first order, then you get 5% off another garment. It works like that.
